Mark Stevens is the Director of the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation. Renowned for years of service to law enforcement, Mark Stevens joined the Federal Bureau of Investigation at a young age and threw himself into law enforcement. He spearheaded the landmark investigation and prosecuted the case that brought down Chief of Police Harold Becker of the Vice City Police Department, notorious for severe corruption and criminal involvement, by leading a joint VCPD-FBI clandestine operation team alongside then-Sergeant Andrew Davidson.

Director Stevens leads the FBI, keeping national security and safety at the forefront of the Bureau's efforts to combat corruption and national crime.
